Shipping
We ship across Canada only.
Free shipping within British Columbia on every order. Free shipping on orders over $100 elsewhere in Canada. $10 flat rate on Canadian orders under $100 outside BC.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once yours is on its way.
Products
Our priority is to manufacture in British Columbia. When that isn't yet possible, we say so — and we tell you what was done here at home.
Every product page carries an origin marker: blue for made in BC, red for made in Canada, yellow for made overseas with Canadian expertise. The marker names the city, the manufacturer, and the local specialists involved.
Our supplements are produced in licensed Canadian facilities and undergo quality testing before reaching you.
Returns
Because of what we sell, supplements are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or something else has gone wrong, message us with your order number and we'll make it right.
